CPaT's Marketing

The following are several projects that I was able to work on as part of the Marketing Team by collaborating, following and, directing creative directions. Some of them were: Web Redesign Project, Tradeshow Designs, Social Media, Collateral Graphic Designs

The Previous

CPaT Website

The CPaT website was previously non-intuitive and lacked a professional appearance. The original site suffered

  • Poor navigation
  • Inconsistent design elements
  • Cluttered layout that frustrated users

Through the redesign, I helped to implement a clean, modern aesthetic, streamlined the navigation to enhance usability, and ensured a cohesive visual language across all pages. This transformation significantly improved the overall user experience, making the site more engaging, user-friendly, and visually appealing, ultimately reflecting the professionalism of the client's brand.

Before and After

The following is a preview that compares how the Invent page was and how it is today (move the yellow bar).

The redesign was focused on a more mordern and organized layout.

Website Redesign

The following is a more detailed description of CPaT's website redesign project, I separated it by 3 simple phases; the need, process and collaboration and, accomplishments or impact:

Need
Why the CPaT website needed a change?
  • The previous CPaT website made it difficult to understand what products CPaT offered.
  • It was not intuitive and hard to navigate, as all the elements had the same visual weight in the layout.
  • Since the website was not intuitive enough, it was complex for client prospects to take the next steps, whether it was to request more information or to buy the company's products.

Process and Collaboration
  • I worked alongside the marketing team and, a team of outsourced developers to establish the new look and feel of the CPaT homepage and all the other pages.
  • The process involved an ideation process as a team to enhance the homepage by coming up with different concepts based on some feedback that was gathered over time from clients. Once the home page design concept and enhacements ideas were confirmed after a set of iterations, I had the task to work on which one would be the look and feel of all the other pages based on the home page style.
  • We aimed for a modern design that would help catapult CPaT’s online presence using its branding colors, enhanced navigation and the layout to ensure that, at a glance, our clients would quickly find what they need and feel confident that they are on CPaT’s website.
  • Once the design of all the other pages were approved by the Marketing Director, we proceed to send them over to the outsorced teams of developers and collaborated as a team to ensure that the development of the new designs were implemented as intended.
  • The designs tool used for this project were: Sketch and Invision.
Accomplishments
  • Increased ROI, boosting leads through the website by 30%
  • Expanded our course catalog/products.
  • Improved site legibility, enhancing user willingness to commit and contact the sales department due to increased security and peace of mind.
  • Decreased bounce rate.

Tradeshow Design

I have had the opportunity to collaborate with the Marketing Team to design CPaT’s tradeshow booths for various trade show events, aiming to position CPaT as a leading-edge technology company within the aviation training market. Here are a few pictures of CPaT's tradeshow booths over time:
